Home Inspections
Each report is an unbiased, comprehensive computer generated outline
narrative. Color digital photos are utilized to document
concerns that aren’t readily accessible, such as on the roof
or in the subfloor area. The reports follow the
American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Standards Of
Practice.
The report, in PDF format, is available for download within two days of
the completed inspection. We will email the information necessary
for you to access the report. A hard copy of the report,
along with all the original signed documents, will be sent to our client.
Before we can release the finished report, we will need to have the
Inspection
Agreement signed by the client. Please plan ahead to avoid any possible
delays due to missing signatures on the contract.
