  • When scheduling online or over the phone, we will send out an electronic contract for signature
  • Download the appropriate contract based on your property type from the cards above
  • Carefully read and understand the entire agreement
  • If you're an agent, please have your client review and sign the contract
  • Sign the last page of the chosen agreement
  • Return the signed contract
  • Review the ASHI Standards of Practice to understand our inspection scope
